✅ Return Eligibility

We do not accept returns of products that have been:

  • Opened or used
  • Tampered with or unsealed

Only unopened, unused, and sealed items are eligible for return, and only in the following cases:

  • The product delivered was damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time to reflect in your account.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Allergic reactions (our ingredients are clearly listed)
  • Products not purchased through our official website or authorized sellers
