✅ Return Eligibility
We do not accept returns of products that have been:
- Opened or used
- Tampered with or unsealed
Only unopened, unused, and sealed items are eligible for return, and only in the following cases:
- The product delivered was damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item

- A replacement of the same item, OR
- A refund, processed to your original method of payment

- Refunds (if approved) are processed within 5–7 business days.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time to reflect in your account.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds in the following cases:
- Change of mind after delivery
- Allergic reactions (our ingredients are clearly listed)
- Products not purchased through our official website or authorized sellers
